As I am a bit lazy can any one let me know how many more shares Eddy can buy before hitting 20% mark and assuming creeping parameters (3% more) before he need to need to announced a t/o?

It not that I expect him too do launch a T/O but it might give us some idea/incite on how long and how firm he can be on 4.9c bid.
