Unless very stupid, if someone really had 1.8 million shares to sell, they'd ease them into the market so as not to spook anybody. To put them all on in one big hit like that smells a lot like capping to me and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was actually the buyer in another account down there at 5.1 or 5.
