Yep that is the part that I object to, calc. Talk of the risks around LOM is healthy and necessary. But when it is a) completely incessant, b) not balanced by the positive and c) seemingly ignorant of the state of the company it gets very frustrating.
We had the spectacle not long ago of one of the downrampers (can't remember which) loudly proclaiming that LOM was out of cash and needed to desperately do a CR... 3 days after a CR had just been completed. That was the telling moment for me right there.
