I believe it is a positive announcement. The way I read it, an announcement will be made in the coming weeks advising that the deal is complete subject to shareholder approval(which I don't think will be a problem). 3-4 months later I imagine there will be some follow up test results or procurement of further tenements (I believe GSF have first option on up to 10). If they keep up a quick pace and proceed like this on the rest of the tenements, this could be a profitable undertaking.

Bearing in mind the area where these tenements exist, historically have been quite rich (just search for "Solwezi prospect" in google).
