I don't agree at all, Newland.
AVB is getting closer to mining and has a clear goal unlike 3 or 5 years ago when the direction wasn't clear and the goalposts moved a few times.
As for the market, IMO the issue is funding. IF the market decides that a CR is required, stocks get marked down until the question is resolved one way or another - either through a CR or funding agreement.
