I think the major point of difference between me and a lot of other posters is that their stated intentions mean nothing to me. Talk is cheap....doing takes a bit more.
I do not move the market in AVB...the market does that. The market does not play favourites...it looks at a company and decides whether it should back its management or not....and the market's decision has been clear and unequivocal...and for very good reason
