CYCLONE PROSPECT HM MINERALISATION OPEN TO EAST
WANNA LAKES PROJECT (E69/1920) - WA
Diatreme Resources Limited (DRX) is pleased to announce the first comprehensive
plan outline of better than 0.5% assayed heavy mineral (AHM) mineralization at the
Cyclone Prospect and to report on additional assayed drill sections.

    HM MINERALISED BEACHES AND DUNE
    (BEACH T1, BEACH T2 & DUNE T1)
DRX has established the existence of two parallel mineralized beach lines (Beach T1 and Beach T2)
and a part mineralized separating dune (Dune T1) at the Cyclone Prospect (refer Plan 1 and drill
    sections).
The western beach, Beach T1, is identified as a transgressive (invading) mineralized beach line,
currently defined by drilling as being 4 km long and 1 km wide (average). This target has been
defined along the 310 to 340 masl elevation, with further prospects to the north likely.
The thickness of Beach T1 ranges from 4 m up to 35 m. Beach T1 is thickest in the east, where it has
joined both Dune T1 and Beach R2 within the central part of the Prospect and where it reaches
widths of 2.5 km and is still open to the east within DRX’s adjoining “Wanna Lakes East” exploration
    licence application (E69/2408).
Beach R2 is a regressive (receding) beach which is mineralized over a distance of 4 km in length.
Based on an understanding of the digital terrain modeling resulting from shuttle radar altimetry data,
Beach R2 is open to the east, extending into E69/2408, and is open to the north and south.
    BEACH R3 (postulated)
A postulated high stand regressive beach, Beach R3, has been observed in the field and identified
from digital terrain modelling approximately 2.5 km east of Beach R2 and within E69/2408. Following
grant of E69/2408, further drilling will be undertaken to test Beach R3, and also the eastern portion of
    Beach R2, for HM potential.
    MINERALISATION
The mineralization, as shown on the attached Plan 1, shows a higher grade HM distribution in the
central part of the Cyclone Prospect, covering an approximate 2.5 km x 1.0 km zone of mineralisation
greater than 0.5%, with the highest assay result being recorded as 18% HM.
