• With the commencement of DRX’s sample pre-split facilities in Ceduna, the delivery of further
drilling samples to assay laboratories has improved and sample turn around times reduced.
• Drilling is progressing at the Hurricane Prospect within E69/1920, about 30 km to the northwest of
the Cyclone Prospect.
• Second air core drill rig has been commissioned from Wallis Drilling to commence drilling in South
Australia at the Willy Willy, Maurice and Ooldea Hill Prospects. This program will target further HM
mineralisation along the 200 km Ooldea Barrier Range strand system.
IN SUMMARY
The Cyclone Prospect is developing into a very robust exploration project for the following reasons:
• good grades with high value mineral assemblage of zircon (40% of whole assayed minerals),
• higher titanium (leucoxene, rutile and pseudo-rutile, collectively 52% of the whole assayed
minerals),
• the virtual absence of monazite and ilmenite, and
• the ultra low slimes content of 3%.
The early stage positive indications of the size and grade of the HM mineralization at the Cyclone
Prospect has been highly encouraging. This has resulted in DRX deciding to fast track exploration in
the Eucla Basin, in particular at the Cyclone Prospect where bulk sampling is to be undertaken to
provide confidence in the zircon and titanium product that may be recovered through possible mining
operations.
It is the intention of the DRX Board to proceed to JORC code compliant resource definition as soon
as possible at the Cyclone Prospect.
