I wouldn't have a problem if they were using the extra $200k to bring on a couple of heavy hitters to the team.
But the Resolution says the $200k can be used either for bringing new players into the team OR to bolster the fees for existing non-execs. I don't like the second part......well not in this climate and when the employees have taken a 10% cut. Doesn't make sense.
I'm excited by the prospects this company has, but still a bit iffy about their approach to disclosure on certain things. Still holding.
