They've dragged out this debt funding for so long now and after this "hoax" or whatever you wanna call it investors just want to see the money in the bank before they believe in the story again. I still don't understand why management couldn't have released some kind of update weeks ago to allay some of the uncertainty and the masafin website is still showing condor on the blacklist ! This is a debacle and frankly I don't know what to believe anymore.
