they also announced this in announcement on 13 March:
Masafin Clearing Financial Company has now transferred
€10 million in face value of Deutsche Bank AG (Rated: Moody’s
A2, Fitch A+) Euro Bonds to Condor’s account.
That's over 2 months ago. So I wouldn't just swallow whatever you see in an announcement, especially in this frankly very peculiar scenario.
