    Yep whole thing is fishy, question still remains why hasn't management come forth with a progress update on the funding till now...I'm sure traders will have some fun be interesting to see where it finishes today. BUT seriously how many times have they wheeled out that "final document" line now in the past month... I'm still skeptical
