What makes you think this? The carrying values are fairly low as is. Perhaps given Nifty's change of operating status there could be something but id doubt it. I don't think book values give you a good indication of true values anyway - id be more inclined to use the feasibility study results published in the last couple of months
1. Renison study published 17 June showing NPV pre-tax A$185m using A$24k/t Sn price (very conservative on Area5 resource conversion); and
2. Nifty open pit scoping study published 11 June showing NPV pre-tax A$105-A$125m using US$2.54/lb Cu price (currently $3+ which used in NPV calc looks to turn NPV to $300m+)
