    What is it with companies that continually over promise and under deliver.

    Seems to be the norm these days. The general standard of management is a joke.

    Don't know if I'll last another 6 months. To think I thought Kiernan had some vision for the future.

    Another lesson learn't, the louder the talk the higher the chance it's all BS.
