    Is anyone able to explain the 10% placement capacity ? and the impact this would have on general shareholders ? I did read the recipients of these equity securities have not yet been determined but must have a market cap of 300 mil.... hoping someone has the knowledge to enlighten further.
    Also I see everyone getting very excited about the possibility but is anyone concurrent in thinking a listing on the US stock exchange is unlikely before election ?
