Tretch the engineering team they have partnered up with seems to show the pace that they will grow and spread over the next few years. From the 4 page report that was put out it was indicated that the Leighton? it must be engineering group has offices in all the countries we are currently pursuing and more. So it looks like they want to keep the team on algae low and outsource a lot of the work as you mentioned - this with the multiple methods of financing should give us rapid... very rapid growth potentials. This plant may have taken several months, but that won't be the same for all of them - full commercialisation will see efficiencies pick up.
