I note that on the agenda for the meeting on 14th November is the re-election of director Rod Baxter.
Now CSM shareholders were disgusted by his actions in the matter of the initial takeover attempt by Gilbertson, in that he was prepared to let the company be taken over at an insulting price.
Do we want him on the board of JML?
I propose to vote NO.
