That's up to you as a shareholder to follow it up with ASIC and the ASX if you feel that the company is in breach of the rules. If you can prove this, action may be taken but I suspect in a lot of cases, ASIC will state that the matter is not material enough for them to pursue due to a lack of resources. No harm in trying if you feel strongly enough about it I suppose. Good luck.
