Just been looking at their presentation and it seems that the quicker they can sell it the more of it they can sell. ( seems obvious I know)

They will have 15% by 31 Dec 2015. As it is a sliding scale they will have around 20% by approx. April 2015.

So our best case is if we can quickly get back the sales rights and then sell as soon as possible. Looks to me like ITOCHU will jump straight in. They probably won't even worry about taking up their options imo.
