PDN got funding of over $400 million when they started and we can't even get $26 million?

If ITOCHU are going to be the buyers you would think they would be able to use the $20 million held as a deposit to preserve the 25%. You would think ITOCHU would be wanting the highest percentage possible. Just seems stupid to give away so much so quickly!

Doesn't add up imo.

And Quasar won't be asking for the $26 million in one hit straight up.
