Chris, you say.....The only one I'll try to answer is the 25 to 15% business is that I think AGS & Q/H would disagree on the area affected. In my opinion, it goes back to the delineation/exploratory dispute. Need to resolve that to know with 100% certainty as to the area affected.

I would say the area affected is the whole of the ML6402. This is the area in which was a 75/25% JV; I say was, because as I see it now being 85/15%. This whole saga seems to be going from bad to worse.
I apologise for coming across as negative but in essence this is my interpretation. If it is not the way our esteemed leaders see it, you can bet your life that is the way H/Q see it and once again we are in dispute.
Clear and transparent is how it should be; we should not be left groping around in the dark.
