Damo - I'm not sure if I'm too concerned by the delaying of production by 4 years.

If production had started back at the start, one of two things would've happened;

1. H/Q would've still stockpiled, meaning we would be paying for production with no income coming in.
2. We would be selling our product at a price that would be considerably low, even lower than today.

The money we spent on court fees in that time ($12m or whatever it is), has probably, in an arse-about way, been a lot better than what it could've been had production started earlier.
