Billy, 31st Dec 2014. After that it is open to anyone. You could be right, I think Cameco would have looked into it and maybe Heathgate would be quite happy to have Cameco as a partner. A Canadian US partnership would be smoother than a Japanese one you would think. Not to mention the great synergies having Cameco as a partner.
