Damn good post Dinkadink....I fully concur with your comments.

My gut instinct today was that as the AUD had now risen more than GEM's stipulation for a defeating condition, and they hadn't immediately withdrawn their offer, then they won't...they want KIM, and they know at 70c it's a song.
With an NTA of 45c, that puts a valuation on the remaining resources of just 25c/share~!!

They should now be prepared to pay a better price!

I would gladly vote out the current managerial incumbents/incompetents.....just point me to the better alternative!
