I think many would be willing to pay but HC would change completely - all the rampers would dissapear because all the 'peeping toms' they are trying to get to buy their stocks would not pay - they would just move over to SS or others.
If HC did charge it might liven up Ozestock which seems to have died.
I for one wouldn't pay - I use HC when mining and energy looks good (and used it in the dotcom era but mainly because all the mining shells were being re born) but SS is the better biotech forum and that is the sector currently turning hot.
