what a disaster this company is.. not a snowflakes chance in hell of the shareprice being anywhere near $2 or even $1 again i feel.. some kind of clarification announcement may have halted the recent downward spiral but instead we get nothing. what do these people do with their time?? Apart from produce a couple of glossy flyers per year stating what a BIG year it is & what a BIG project they have on their hands.. nothing much of any value that i can see.. a quick look at a 12 month price chart & u can see exactly what a BIG year it has been.. may have to invert the chart

I will be voting "Against" on all sections of both resolutions.. not that it will make any difference
