annual option grab fest

I thought it would be good to discuss the annual management option grab fest early this year so we can all agree now what we are willing to support come AGM.

Now, it has been a crap year for the share price and so AC will need at least double the freebies of last year. After all shareholders, it is only your weak kneed lack of support for the SP that has lead us to where we are today!!! Thus I propose the following:

3 million shares to AC to be provided if, and only if:

1. The sun rises on the 1 December 2013 - 80%.
2. Someone (anyone) rings inquiring about Roseby - 90% (a backpacker looking for directions is fine).
3. AC does another corporate video with that just puked look - 100%.
4. The sun rises on 2 December 2013 - 110%.
5. The share price remains above $0.01 per share - look at the bright side; it stops AC from exercising just as this qualification comes into play as even he won't want them at under 1 cent.
