..have to agree on that one...not happy jan...i live in wa and got report + proxyform only on monday...while i was going to go to agm (didn't make it after all, cottesloe beach turned out the more irresistible draw card on my birthday for me today) it would not have been possible to fill the proxyform and sent in time for meeting....very, very poor administration and how the hell did voting proceed at the meeting i wonder when lots of proxies probably weren't even there to count??...absolutely, they need an almighty kick from asic to shape up their act....what such a good resource and present production of gold great but their administration is quite obviously not up to the task of communication with shareholders in a timely manner and in this case clearly violating asic rules and regulations....why oh why oh why???..maybe their bush clocks are all out of whack??..hellyeah, not happy...
