I had a look at your reference Peter and at first glance it doesn't read well. Upon reading further it appears to me that this would only be the case if they are unable to raise further capital. When you see directors dipping into their own pockets to help get the job across the line as they did when drilling sm6 only months ago, I am fairly confident that Byron shouldn't have too much trouble raising capital in the future.
