Well the 4 weeks have gone by, as they often do in PNG. The Supreme Court decision has been reserved and still pending. Quite frustrating really. Having said that even if the Supreme Court do find against IDC's appeal, more litigation (from others) is likely, so there'll be no development at Mt Kare for a few years yet….
