I have been reading with interest the postings and I have to say that people seemed to be missing the key point. That is CAG are not really interested in any 1 taking up their writes, but merely making a token gesture. Even if people do take it up, they will be scaled back significantly. As you will note that one Mr William Tien has pretty much guaranteed $770,000 out of 1 mil needed, and has paid $50,000 non refundable deposit to guarantee his commitment. You would have to ask the question on why? My guess is there is much more than meets the eye to this transaction and we will definitely see 1c prior to the writes issue.

I for 1 is a buyer of the stock at these levels and already hold a very significant stake in the company.
