"We continue to actively advance a number of capital raising initiatives with a number of internationally based and
Australian based parties, focused on our advanced portfolio of near-term geothermal development projects in Indonesia.

These parties have either largely completed or are in the process of completing their required due diligence on our
projects. Draft terms sheet have been exchanged and are being reviewed with some of these groups.

While it is taking longer than anticipated to bring these discussions with financing parties to a successful conclusion, it is clear from our discussions and negotiations that our strategy of pursuing the long-term Alliance relationship with PT Bakrie Power that we have, and the portfolio of near-term development opportunities is the correct one.

We are currently applying significant effort and time to ensure that we bring these financing discussions to a successful conclusion as expeditiously as we can, for the benefit of all shareholders. Investor interest is strong, and there is a keen interest and understanding of the long term potential and attraction of our portfolio of advanced, near-term geothermal development opportunities in Indonesia.

As we have noted before, we continue to appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholder base during this period, and assure all shareholders of wanting to see the right financing package implemented for our company."
