Great to have your input Headbubba.
Razor have spent a lot of energy, time and money the last 3 years focussing on sales and have little to show for it.Not that management can blamed for trying.
The one sale we thought we had (SGX) was snatched away from under us.
If I had a spare $10 million, I would buy the other 97% of shares I don't own and take this private.Only need to keep the service staff. Maybe employ a couple of mathematical genuises from India and a couple of computer programmers from Russia and see what they can come up with.
Then I actually might see a return on my money.
I can't see anywhere in GBST's report where they mention their holdings in Razor but they did hint at looking at more acquisitions.This is crying out to be one imo.They save on offices for 1 thing,I also doubt that they need sales staff, will also save on director fees.They could milk this for a few mill a year profit just on present revenue or am I missing something!?
