Yes, I think voting for resolution # 3 is a good idea. It will send a message to the board. I did read through most of the annual report. The report suggests potential increase in mine life and mentions a number of encouraging exploration activities. Water issue at Mt Gordon seems to be under control. So there's plenty of positives.
ABY looks good in terms of P/E, balance sheet, and dividend history. But, ROE and revenue growth are on the low side.
It's worth having a close look at the annual report. Has anyone compared ABY's performance with another small cap CU producer?
