re: quarterly report out geos,
I suspect the sticking point may have been over the percentage interests of the two parties. I have got the impression from listening to the company that they were keen to hang on to a greater percentage of their tenements (say 50%) once they had the first famout out of the way. Apache on the other hand are probably hanging out for the roughly 2/3 interest they obtained in P56. Just my guess.
