From memory of last years 249D is that Vincent voted for EGO with what shares he had then and certainly then his influence would have swayed others.
This year its a different ballgame. We have snared Vincent or he will snare the holders sensing something is wrong with the JV attitude. Past history will play a small part in turning votes.
I sense there will be a better outcome this time round.
