One would reasonably take that to mean ALL testing. Which would mean all testing is to be completed before the 20th of December 2013

What negotiations if any have the company entered into for any prospective use of the nominated pipelines and infrastructure ?
What time frame and budgetary constraints has management allowed for the design, construction, metering and the infrastructure necessary for the NWE pipeline from Arrowsmith for tapping into the pipeline?
About the only thing I do know for certain the management of NWE has presided over the reduction of the value of shares in the twelve months from October the 25th 2012 to October the 25th 2013 of 7.5 cents to 1.5 cents for which we all should be truly grateful.
