Then I suggest you just forget about it. This is just a standard excuse trotted out in every single annual report I've ever read to cover themselves. There are certain things they are telling you ("Matters Subsequent to the End of the Financial Year"), and everything else they will tell you about in due course.

Really, this is as much a standard phrase as the governance report saying that Directors will be looking out for shareholders interests.
