Hi Cugel.

I've sought the minutes of the 9 meetings from the company but the company's lawyer would not give them to me even after I have proved my HIN holding. Eventually she said the minutes will be available at the AGM.

THIS IS ONE THING I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO DO BUT UNFORTUNATELY I LIVE IN EU NOW AND THE TICKET IS NOT WORTH IT.

However I would really appreciate if you could have a detailed look and report back either via this forum or directly to my e-mail address.
