"Re the request for minutes we are not in a position to provide these to shareholders as they are not a public document and contain information concerning the internal workings of the Board and it is not in the best interests of the Company to make them public. Directors are appointed by shareholders to do a job and they are entitled to certain protections to enable them to carry out that job. Public disclosure of the minutes of Directors’ meetings would prohibit and inhibit this process. We do however have the minutes of the AGM available for inspection at each AGM."
