    a very apt post cuzo
    well said

completely in agreement, I have held since OCT 05, and will not sell, but I feel sorry for others who have been sold this story and bought at above $6.

Having options at such an exercise price is definately a problem. Why does the options price have to be fixed so far ahead, why cant they be a percentage of the share price at that date, lets say if the sp in june 2008 was 10 $, then why not have a option exercise price of $5 ie 50 percent, such a discount still gives an incentive for the directors to spruike the company.

What is the deal with the performance incentive, why is there not a punishment for poor performance, why is there only reward. This seems so not in line with every other profession, where we get punished for poor performance. I am getting sick and tired of seeing this level of director selling especially when they are privy to information us mortals do not have.

Being patient is important, but this is hard when you see the sp fall when everything else is going up and fall further when everything else is going down.
