Does anyone know what the repocussions are of drawing down huge amounts of ground water?
Surely this has to have a deterimental effect on the surround environs (ie trees would start dying off for example). Could the EPA / state goverment / /local communities sue ESG? (I know that I would if it changed the area I lived to uninhabitable. And I dare say that the indonesians will eventually do the same with Santos reagrding its enviromental disaster).
I hold...and will hold....but i see this as a risk. Hppy for others to shed some light on this....
Many Thanks
Mr P
