Very similar to other small companies that I have come across over time where the Directors/ Exec's are actively buying shares with possibly the idea of taking them private (eg MVP).

The information that comes out to investors is very limited and only really the bare necessity to comply with reporting laws.

Thus, investors eventually get tired or apparent poor performance/ lack of information and sell - to the Directors!

Just a thought...
