    Kak,
I'm not saying that at all (I don't think you can get a mang't team with a higher standard of Integrity than MSB )..
My point was (and you have heard it many times before) ...following the smart money.
How often has the smart money got it wrong? (I’m not saying never, but is it more likely than less likely?)

The following is my take (opinion) only.
Unlike retail investors these investments outfits have a vast team of researches - all specialists and old hands in their own fields. They spend a huge amount of time (months) and attention on the company their committing funds to before they invest $$.
Having done there due diligence with specialist medical advisors, and been present at many healthcare conferences ( JP Morgan; Goldman Sachs; Credit Suisse ect) they liked the MPC platform technology; history to date results; massive unmet medical needs ect.

So yes they hedge their bets but I think at this level, their investments are calculated risks .I have posted this before but it’s worth having look at the investors now backing Australia’s Mesoblast .

Blackrock to mention one .....Yes only the World’s largest asset manager....
In fact as per ASX announcement ASX 6 March 2013 Teva President and CEO, Dr Jeremy M. Levin, congratulated Mesoblast on reaching this stage of its financing.
“I see Teva as a partner focused on supporting Mesoblast through our alliance. In particular, we are working closely together to develop an important new treatment for cardiovascular diseases," Dr Levin said.

Which other biotech (no revenue) can stake a claim to having such a distinguished shareholder following?
Frustrating ( no news on P3) but I do place a lot of firmness and heart in my investment when these guys become interested .

Always DYOR – the above are my views only.
