Priced in? ML is the bottleneck imo.The fact that it still isn't forthcoming is uncomfortable for us just as it should should pave the way as a catalyst to the deciding factors for larger institutions to buy in relatively risk free. Remember everything leading up to fid, the JV and then to construction is hinging off the back of this, then we might see some things start to be priced in bigtime imo.
