    I agree with the the saying that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. But it's not as simple as that, if you look at the corporate wroughts for executives these days. Even paying large sums does not guarantee we don't get/have monkeys, or should I say gorillas. And in referring back to JMS, if we have been paying peanuts, does that mean we have monkeys - no it does not. Or is there a risk that the current team would leave because of poor remuneration - I don't think so. I have been effusive in my praise for the team behind the coalition runnning this show. All I was saying that it would be better if increases in remuneration were performance based, rather than simply endorsed by a self serving board. At least that would guarantee that the reward is warranted, and the shareholders were guaranteed commensurate outcomes in parallel with executive performance.
