Directors have 14 days to report changes to their holdings as I understand it - so its possible any changes are still in this period as shareholdings in Annual report are as at 26/10.
Its also possible that there have been no changes because of shares held in related entities - certainly Peter Dykes has previously held his shares over several entities. So to be fair the figures suggest only the possibility that two Directors have sold shares.
Of course we might find that purchases get reported within 24 hours - sales somewhat later. If it turns out that these Directors have sold it will look a tad strange following their recent purchases unless they provide a pretty good explanation - like pressing household bills to be met! ;-)
