Out yesterday and well worth a read as lots more detail than in the prelim. Looks like asset valuations were most strongly affected by forex and lower yields this time rather than lower prices (in yen). Good to see the size of pearl increasing.
Overall, I think this company looks well run and stands to benefit from the reduction in market supply that has occurred in this downturn. Though it may take some time. Whether the move to own marketing is successful will remain in trial, but good to read of the 20% increase in prices achieved so far.
