    wondering why TOL'S shareprice is crawling when the annual report seemed ok on my reading... up 0.3c in pre op. Any thoughts? Bought in at 6.81 last week again after collecting divs and dumping next day. l do believe TOL will remake its div of 13.5c... Any thoughts?
