I think we need to wait for the release of the IER before we can discount any other bidders.

The release of the IER may:
- release data that otherwise was unknown or unconfirmed
- will allow potnetial bidders to guage reaction of major s/h.
- may release other corp info such as progress/problems with J/V, Farmouts, progress of NLNG etc etc.

That IER will be a watershed.
